Similar to adding your LTL API Carriers, full-access users start by clicking your name in the top right-hand corner, aka your Account Settings, and then selecting Spot-quote groups.
Enter Your Carrier Email Addresses
You can start adding general emails by clicking the edit pen next to All Contacts. Enter as many as you need, separating them by a comma and space. Then hit √Save contacts when you are finished.
Already have your emails in groups? Instead of All Contacts, select + Add spot-quote group. You can create multiple groups, label them to your preference, and we'll make sure each address is also visible under All Contacts.
You can add/remove any contacts or groups by selecting the Edit Pen or Trashcan.
These groups will house carrier email addresses that will be accessible for both LTL Spot Quoting and full Truckload shipments. Once you select them to bid on a shipment, we'll shoot them an email/link to participate in our Carrier Portal.
