Our clients who serve multiple locations have requested a more flexible way to toggle the Bill To address for an LTL shipment.
Here's a quick walk-through on how to turn this option on and what to expect.
- Navigate to your Account Settings by clicking your name in the top right corner.
- Under the Booking sub-header, Toggle the option to Y in order to Allow a user to edit bill-to information
- From here, you'll see a drop-down option on the booking page to toggle the Bill-to address.
- This will then be reflected on your Bill of Lading.
