Smarter Automation
External API Webhooks
Available as an option within your API Integrations, External API Webhooks provide real-time updates and a simple way to connect Freightview with your existing business systems, thus automating downstream workflows.
Batch Quoting and Tendering
Save even more time with Freightview by allowing us to process multiple shipments with a single CSV file uploaded directly to your account. This option is available for Parcel, LTL, & Truckload - plus it's included with your subscription.
Mixed Commodity
Many shipments include multiple items with different freight classes, NMFC numbers, or even hazardous materials — and until now, that often meant extra notes, manual workarounds, or details living in special instructions.
Freightview is excited to introduce our new Mixed Commodity feature, providing a more accurate way to rate and book shipments containing multiple commodities on a single handling unit.
Truckload Pricing & Planning
We’re giving more visibility into what you're spending and what your next shipment could cost. Same as Last Time (SALT) makes it easy to see the carrier and price used on a previous shipment and use that information when booking again. Historical Pricing gives you even more context by showing past rates for a lane, while Fuel & Distance provides mileage and fuel-cost information to help you better understand the true cost of a move. Together, these enhancements give you more data to make faster, more informed Truckload decisions.
AI Shipping Clerk: Pallet Jack
Anyone with a login, from Carrier to Shipper to Vendor, can ask our AI assistant for help. Pallet Jack specializes in answering shipment questions, generating quotes & booking loads, tracking updates, and analyzing trends to help supercharge your shipping process.
