We rolled out a refreshed Carrier Network experience — bringing all of your carrier and broker connections into one streamlined view.
With this update, you can manage your API-integrated LTL carriers & spot quote partners all in one place, making it easier than ever to see whom you’re connected with and how they support your shipments.
Click to access the new Carrier Network within your settings list.
Here is a breakdown of the unique categories for your carrier and broker partners:
Active - All carriers and brokers that you have connected to your Freightview account. This includes API connected partners as well as LTL and TL contacts that you work with for spot quotes and contracted rate shipments.
API Integrated - Your carrier and broker partners that are connected via API to return your discounted rates automatically.
Email - Your Spot quote & TL contracted rate contacts.
Pending - Carriers that you’ve requested for API connection, but Freightview is currently in the process of connecting your rates.
Attention - These are partners we were unable to integrate via API that will need updated information in order to connect.
Partners you work with for API connected, spot quote, and/or contracted lanes will show as API + Envelope Icon.
