Adding Vendors to Freightview

Another customer request delivered.  Invite your vendors to have limited access to quote and/or book on your Freightview account.  This add-on feature includes customizations on access, mode, and even your carrier network. 

Getting Started

Contact our Team to request this feature to be activated on your account.  (Or see a live demo!)  While your Vendors will have the ability to log into your account, they will not be able to access your settings, carrier connection info, or other admin functionality.

It's turned on, now let's add your Vendors

From the Settings Page, click on Vendors.  

A slider will open, displaying several options for what you would like a Vendor to be able to quote and/or book.  Options include.

• Permission - See rates, Book shipments
• Modes - LTL, Parcel, Truckload.
• Allowed carriers - Select those with whom they can create shipments.
• Allowed equipment: Truckload options.  (Please note: Truckload orders are limited to quote only, with the FV customer required to complete the booking directly in the app.)
