Now Hiring: Product and Customer Support Specialist

Freightview streamlines the less-than-truckload shipping process for companies who work with multiple freight carriers or brokers. Not sure what that means? You’ll learn. You’ll have the opportunity to dip your toe into a little bit of everything—from marketing and social media, to customer support and IT, to basic operations. That’s the nature of working at such a young startup—no two days are the same.

You’ll be helping with a wide variety of activities. Here are a few:

-investigate and help diagnose technical support issues and communicate resolution to customers and carriers
- work with carriers to ensure newly enrolled customers are setup correctly and in a timely manner
-test parts of the application and escalate issues to developers
-provide feedback and collaborate with the product development team on how to improve the product
-establish relationships with current customer base by making outbound calls and be the liaison between customer and development on issues and new features
-first point of contact for a paying customer to answer questions, address any issues, or capture improvements to the product
-placing calls to freight carriers in order to schedule shipments

- Bachelor’s degree; equivalent professional experience may be considered.

- Business analysis experience preferred
- Office or customer support experience preferred
