Changing Your Carrier Credentials in Freightview

Freightview makes connecting with your carriers easy, but you already knew that. Some of your carrier connections require your username and password to be entered. If you update these credentials on the carrier website, you’ll have to update them with Freightview as well, which is easy as can be.

Here’s how you do it:

Log into your Freightview account, and look to the right side of the landing page where you’ll see all of your carrier connections.

All you need to do is click on the carrier you need to update; let’s use FedEx as an example. After you click on FedEx you will see this:

Simply enter your updated username and password and Freightview will take care of the rest.

If you think back to setting up your Freightview account, you will remember that not all carriers required a username and password. In these other cases, you will see this when you click on the carrier:
